Location and Shipping
I ship from the US, and ship internationally.
Direct orders do not have shipping included and will be based on final weight.
Group orders have two shipping components: shipping from store to me, then from me to you. Both must be paid and will be split up according to each person's order's weight.
Personal orders can often be shipped directly to the customer, but please check with me first.
If ordering from different types of orders, all goods can be combined and shipped from me to you.
I try my best to ship within 3 business days.

Currency and Payment
All direct sales are in USD.
Group/personal orders are in the store's respective currency. Please check for my exchange rate.
Group order payment is PAYPAL ONLY (balance or card only - no e-checks).
Direct and personal orders can be paid by paypal, concealed cash (at buyer's risk), or money order. No personal checks.
Service fees may vary by order.
Please do not send any payments until invoice.

Ordering Procedures
Please use the correct form for each type of order.
Read any specific instructions for each order.
When order is confirmed, you will be given a customer number to anonymously track your status. If you orde more than once from me, you will keep the same customer number.
Please pay within 48 hours of invoice on group orders. For personal/direct orders, payment is expected within 7 days.
Once payment is sent, the order is final.
For group order, two invoices will be sent: one for items + shipping to me and a second for shipping to you.

Liability Policy
I am in no way responsible if any of the following are to happen:
Packages are lost/damaged (insurance/registered mail is always an option).
Payment is lost in the post.
Customs/duties on any packages sent to customers.
Packages are not sent by sellers (but I will help with any disputes).
Wrong orders due to language barriers.
